Our client, a Top 5 Canadian Bank, is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager for a 9-month contract (with potential extension or conversion to FTE). This is a hybrid position based in Toronto.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of business-driven projects within Commercial & Business Banking, focusing on cash management enhancements for large corporate clients.
- Manage, develop, and maintain project plans aligned to business strategy, ensuring strong governance and executive visibility.
- Drive the development, socialization, and execution of the Salesforce CRM roadmap, working closely with senior business leaders.
Must-Have Skills:
- 8-10+ years of experience as a Business Project Manager leading large, cross-functional initiatives.
- 5+ years of hands-on functional experience in cash management, ideally supporting corporate/commercial banking clients.
- 5+ years of experience delivering Salesforce CRM or similar CRM-related initiatives.
- 8+ years of executive-facing project management, including senior stakeholder engagement and reporting.
- Strong ability to manage ambiguity, apply critical thinking, and align project delivery with business strategy.
- Experience with ECRM initiatives or digital client engagement platforms.
- Familiarity with commercial banking products, processes, and operational workflows.
