We are looking for Casual Secretaries to join our team in the Vegreville school community for the 2026–2027 school year !
These positions are on an on-call, as-needed basis—perfect if you are looking for a flexible schedule and love working in a school environment.
Education & Experience: A diploma in Office Administration or equivalent hands-on experience. Previous experience working as a school secretary is considered a strong asset.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in the following software and platforms is highly desirable:
Google Suite & Adobe
PowerSchool & Atrieve
- Manage the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries professionally.
- Assist with student attendance tracking, records management, and data entry.
- Provide general administrative support to school administration and teaching staff as required.
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and confidential office environment.
