Municipal Infrastructure Project Manager

<\/span><\/span> Partner Staffing on behalf of our Client, we are seeking an experienced Municipal
Infrastructure Project Manager to join our Edmonton office and lead the
delivery of diverse infrastructure projects. Working alongside a
multidisciplinary team and under the guidance of a senior manager with deep
municipal infrastructure expertise, you will take ownership of projects from
concept to completion, while contributing to business development and client
engagement efforts. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

This role
offers the chance to work on a variety of initiatives, including roads, water
mains, sanitary sewers, stormwater management, solid waste systems, and
drainage projects for both public - and private -sector clients. We’re looking

Key Responsibilities <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Lead design development,
  cost estimating, and preparation of specifications and contract documents. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Oversee scheduling,
  budgeting, tendering, contract administration, and construction
  inspection. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Manage projects through
  concept, design, and construction phases—ensuring they are delivered on
  time and within budget. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Provide technical design
  input and support to other Project Managers. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Maintain strong
  relationships with existing clients while developing new opportunities. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Prepare proposals and
  contribute to marketing and business development initiatives. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Serve as the primary client
  contact for all project -related matters. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Mentor and coach a team of
  engineers and technologists, fostering a collaborative, high -performance
  environment. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

  Qualifications <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/p>

  • Degree in Civil Engineering
    (accredited university) or Civil Engineering Technology diploma
    (accredited technical institute). <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Professional Engineer
    (P.Eng.) registered with APEGA or Certified Engineering Technologist
    (C.E.T.) with ASET, or eligibility for registration. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Minimum 10 years’
    progressive experience in infrastructure design and project management,
    including proposal preparation, scheduling, and budgeting. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Strong communication,
    interpersonal, and organizational skills. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ability to work
    independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to quality and
    efficiency. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Valid driver’s license and
    ability to travel within Canada. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
