Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist
Stem Health
Lead healthcare recruiting remotely across the Greater Toronto Area, using relationship-building and multi-channel sourcing to find exceptional talent.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage clinical and non-clinical hiring for Stem Health. You will shape candidate experiences, communicate the company’s mission, and partner with leadership on hiring priorities. The role is contract or part-time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment from intake through offer coordination
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and healthcare communities
- Communicate Stem Health’s mission, culture, and vision
- Guide informed, respectful candidate experiences
- Refine requirements, job descriptions, and interview frameworks
Requirements:
- At least three years of talent acquisition experience
- Healthcare, wellness, or startup recruiting exposure preferred
- Experience recruiting clinical and corporate roles
- LinkedIn, ATS, and multi-channel sourcing skills
- Empathy, clarity, structure, and stakeholder communication
