Bookkeeper (Fluent Japanese Speaker)

Job Responsibility:

Menya Kouji Group is seeking an experienced Full-time Bookkeeper who is fluent in both English and Japanese.

Responsibilities;

· Process Accounts Payable and Receivables

· Process Payroll and Reimbursements

· Prepare Financial Statements I. e., P&L Statement with Quickbooks

· Reconciling credit card and bank statements with Quickbooks

· Entering transactions into Quickbooks

· Assist with Year-end reporting requirements, including Tax returns

Skills;

· Required Languages: Proficient in English and Japanese

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

· Strong organization and communication skills

Work Experience;

Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a bookkeeper

Education;

Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Accounting or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
