Investment Associate, Healthcare Real Estate
Vital Infrastructure Property Trust
Join Vital Infrastructure as an Investment Associate, focusing on healthcare real estate initiatives. As part of the North American investments team, the Investment Associate will manage investment opportunities and support RFP responses within the healthcare sector. You’ll guide due diligence efforts and prepare executive presentations that drive informed decision-making. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with leadership aspirations and the ability to juggle multiple projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze investment opportunities and financial feasibility
- Monitor and prepare responses for government proposals
- Create presentations for Investment Committee and Board
- Support transaction management and due diligence processes
- Oversee file management and documentation accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in real estate or investment banking
- Proven experience in project and transaction coordination
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Argus and virtual data room platforms
