Hours:
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, patient-focused Dental Specialist Administrator to support our Periodontist . In this role, you will ensure a smooth and welcoming patient experience while managing the specialist schedule and maintaining strong relationships with referring offices.
Key Responsibilities (Summary)
- Deliver exceptional administrative service and patient care
- Manage phones, bookings, confirmations, and scheduling
- Maintain accurate patient records and support patient inquiries
- Prepare insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and treatment estimates
- Process payments and support accounts receivable workflows
- Coordinate referrals and maintain communication with referring offices
- Support treatment acceptance and patient follow-ups
- Keep reception organized, professional, and patient-focused
What You Bring
- Experience in dental administration ( periodontal or specialist experience preferred )
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a patient-first mindset
