Become a Trade Representative at Scotiabank, where you will facilitate seamless trade execution and enhance client relationships. Deliver exceptional service through multiple communication channels. In this role, you will report to the Team Lead and collaborate within the Virtual Channels, Wealth Services team in Canada. You will be responsible for accurate trade instruction facilitation, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations. Your commitment to ongoing learning will drive your success in this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate accurate and timely trade executions
- Manage client inquiries through calls, chats, and online channels
- Maintain expertise in MD products and market trends
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards
- Identify and address administrative issues efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in business or comparable field
- Front-line customer service experience in finance
- CIRO Registered Representative designation required
- Life License (LLQP) or willingness to acquire
- Bilingualism in English & French is an asset
