Remote Member Implementation Advisor

Join Better Impact as a Remote Member Implementation Advisor, helping organizations smoothly adopt our volunteer management software. Combine training, problem-solving, and relationship-building to empower members from day one. In this role, you will interface directly with new members, understanding their goals and operational needs. Your aim will be to develop effective strategies tailored to their specific priorities, ensuring a seamless implementation process. You'll guide them in navigating our software, adapting your training style to fit various learning experiences while focusing on their growth. Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with members to assess their goals
Develop and implement personalized software strategies
Conduct engaging group and individual training sessions
Facilitate clear communication throughout implementation
Collaborate with teams to enhance member experiences

Requirements:

Experience in a client-facing role, ideally within SaaS
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to learn and troubleshoot new technology
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and similar tools
Detail-oriented with effective organization skills
