- Conduct advanced geotechnical analysis for diverse projects
- Create comprehensive reports and project documents
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor juniors
- Maintain high standards for project risk and quality
- Engage and develop client relationships effectively
- Bachelor's degree or higher in geomechanics
- 10-15 years relevant experience in underground mining
- Professional Engineer (or equivalent) registration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in mining-related software and tools
