The Role

We are hiring a permanent, full-time Growth Marketing Manager to run VRIFY’s owned digital channels and work side by side with Sales to turn leads into pipeline. Reporting to our VP Marketing, you will own our email and nurture program, manage the lead lifecycle in Salesforce, support our account-based marketing (ABM) efforts with Sales, and report on what is actually driving results.

We are looking for someone with strong digital skills who is organized, works independently, and enjoys partnering closely with Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Owned channels and campaigns

• Own VRIFY's marketing email and nurture program: build, segment, QA, schedule, and send campaigns to clients and prospects, including expansion-focused sends to existing clients.
• Manage our owned channels, including website, social channels, and reporting platforms.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Work with the Marketing team to keep messaging consistent, clear, and tailored to audience, industry, and persona.

Lead generation and pipeline with Sales

• Partner closely with Sales to generate and manage the lead lifecycle: capture, scoring, segmentation, routing, and clean handoff of qualified leads.
• Support our ABM program by running targeted outreach to priority accounts, using a target account list built with Sales.
• Use Salesforce daily for lead engagement, tracking, and follow-up, keeping lead and account records accurate and actionable for Sales.

Data, reporting, and tools

• Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards covering lead flow, campaign performance, funnel conversion, and marketing-sourced pipeline.
• Keep contact and company data complete and current: enrichment, deduplication, list hygiene, and consistent campaign tracking.
• Analyze campaign results, competitors, and our target market, and turn findings into recommendations for the team.
• Manage our marketing and enrichment tools, and evaluate new tools and data sources that would improve results.
• Document processes and reporting so programs run consistently as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, including hands-on ownership of email and other digital channels.
• Experience running email marketing at scale with a marketing automation platform, including segmentation, QA, and deliverability best practices.
• Working proficiency in Salesforce: building reports and dashboards, managing campaigns and lists, and tracking leads and opportunities.
• Proven track record of working closely with Sales on shared pipeline and lead goals.
• Strong analytical skills: you measure campaign performance and adjust tactics based on the data.
• Sharp copywriting: clear, concise, and personalized.
• Self-directed and organized, able to manage several campaigns at once and deliver with limited oversight.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or a similar CRM or marketing automation platform (Account Engagement/Pardot and Marketo included). Salesforce administration experience or certification is a big plus.
• Familiarity with prospecting, enrichment, and intent tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or 6sense.
• Experience with account-based marketing or targeted outbound programs.
• Experience marketing to technical or niche industries, such as mining, geoscience, or B2B SaaS with long sales cycles.

• Base Compensation Range: $125,000 – $135,000 CAD
