The Program Specialist will work across internal teams including content, brand and product development and will contribute to the overall success of program launches. You will host program kick-off meetings and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure overall execution. You will oversee programs across our lines of business including woodworking, garden, kitchen, home and leisure. You will seek to understand processes and policies and contribute to optimizing them. This role reports to the Director of Retail and Content Marketing.

Liaise closely with creative and content teams to plan and execute programs.

Analyze and report the performance to quantify the effectiveness of programs and drive scalable learnings.

Work closely in a cross-functional marketing department to achieve timely execution of all aspects of programs.

Work with product and marketing teams to build automated and scalable solutions to drive program performance.

Manage your programs in the Marketing Calendar.

Are a highly organized self-starter with meticulous attention to detail, methodical in approach to projects and problems, resourceful, and works well in a fast-paced creative and marketing environment.

Excellent copywriting skills and project management skills.

3+ years of non-internship professional experience in marketing.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Must be able to work in office.

Strong knowledge of budgeting, researching, and report writing.

Relevant training and/or certifications as a Program Specialist.

Employee may take decisions on quality and accuracy.

Advanced comfort with analysis including use of products/features such as MS Excel, pivot tables, v-lookups, and macros.
