Join our remote-first team and create compelling web experiences that drive real revenue. As a Landing Page & CRO Web Designer at SplitBase, you’ll shape premium designs for top-tier DTC brands. This role requires a blend of creative vision and data-driven focus, ensuring that your designs not only look exceptional but also improve conversion rates. Collaborate with strategists and developers to produce high-performing and on-brand web pages. Key Responsibilities:
• Translate brand strategies into intentional landing page designs
• Own layout, typography, and visual rhythm to elevate user trust
• Create pages using CRO principles, maintaining brand integrity
• Partner with strategists to design and iterate A/B test variations
• Communicate design rationale clearly to internal and client teams Requirements:
• 3+ years in landing page or CRO-focused design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand understanding
• Experience with brand systems and extensions
• Proficiency in Figma and CRO concepts
• Familiarity with AI design tools Your designs will significantly influence ecommerce revenue, helping SplitBase maintain its premier reputation in conversion optimization.
