Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: - Assessing current business/commercial and legal risks in existing and/or new contracts
- Review and drafting of contracts, statements of work and related documentation
- Building accountability and standards for supplier performance relative to contracted service levels, KPI's
- Managing supplier terms in adherence to the contract
- Research and provide competitive supplier landscape information to support Contract Owners, Procurement and negotiations
