Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist

Join a friendly team as a part-time bilingual Receptionist. Manage guest arrivals, reservations, and inquiries while working in a professional environment. This role involves direct support to front desk supervisors and focuses on efficiently coordinating client check-ins and check-outs. You'll promote hotel services, address tourist questions, and ensure excellent customer service throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities:

• Take and manage room reservations
• Greet clients and provide service information
• Collect payments and coordinate client departures
• Address inquiries about tourist attractions
• Direct calls and resolve customer complaints

• 1-2 years customer service experience
• Required bilingualism in French and English
• Knowledge of hospitality and tourism principles
• Familiarity with Opera software is a plus
• Effective teamwork and resourcefulness skills
