Manager - Finance Business Partnering – 1 Year Contract

Job Description:

· Owns full-cycle reporting across 3 entities.

· Acts as a finance business partner across a range of finance-related matters, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and ad hoc financial support.

· Partners with operational and cross-functional leaders to support financial decision-making and provide insight into business performance.

· Supports budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles by working closely with stakeholders across the business.

· Translates financial data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for non-finance partners.

· Assists with ad hoc analysis, reporting, and business case support as needed.

· Independent contributor with no direct reports.

· Needs to be deadline-oriented and comfortable operating in a regular reporting cadence / quarter-end environment

Qualified / What They’re Looking For:

· CPA or equivalent accounting designation preferred / required

· Progressive experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A at the Senior Analyst / Manager level

· Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end / quarter-end reporting

· Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Strong business partnering skills with the ability to build relationships across functions

· Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems and reporting tools

· Detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
