Description du poste
Nous avons actuellement une opportunité de carrière pour un Superviseur technicien d’entretien d’aéronefs basé à Iqaluit, NU.
Le Superviseur TEA se rapporte au Chef TEA et ses tâches incluent :
- Effectuer la maintenance des aéronefs.
- Coordonner et gérer toutes les activités de maintenance des aéronefs et de la base en collaboration avec le responsable de la base pour s'assurer que la maintenance est effectuée efficacement.
- Élaborer des horaires de travail pour le personnel de maintenance en cas de besoin pour soutenir les opérations de vol des aéronefs aussi efficacement que possible.
- Veiller à ce que les activités de maintenance à la base soient effectuées conformément aux tâches et responsabilités décrites dans le manuel de contrôle et de politique de maintenance de la société.
- Veiller à ce que les installations de maintenance de la base soient maintenues propres et organisées.
Qualifications
- Doit détenir une licence valide de TEA M1 ou M2 de Transports Canada et ACA Bell 212/412.
- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience serait préférable sur Bell 212/412.
- Doit être en mesure d’obtenir et de maintenir une cote de sécurité de type fiabilité.
- Poste basé à Iqaluit, avec déplacements occasionnels requis avec l’aéronef.
- Doit détenir l'autorisation de travailler au Canada. (Ce poste n'est pas disponible pour le parrainage).
- Démontrer d'excellentes compétences en communication, une attitude positive et des compétences en leadership.
- Sens de l’organisation et autonomie (personne proactive).
- Être orienté vers le client et avoir l'esprit d'équipe.
Emplacement: Iqaluit, NU
Statut: Permanent ou Contractuel, temps plein : (Rotation : 4 semaines de travail, 4 semaines de congé.)
