What you'll do

It's safe to say, there's no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role:

• This position is accountable for TJX Canada's leasing portfolio to review estoppels and renewal agreements, and the Disaster Recovery & Management process in partnership with Construction, Maintenance, Store Operations and Finance

• Accountable for up to 75 portfolio stores including reviewing lease documents, preparing estoppel certifications and other related documents; collaborates with internal and external partners to execute lease agreements
• Responsible for maintaining lease management system (Lucernix), ensuring accuracy and integrity of information within system; updates financial information, new and renewal leases, amendments and also trains new users and provides ongoing support as needed
• Department lead for TJX Canada's National Disaster Recovery and management process

What you'll need

To begin your career with us, we require the following:

• Minimum three (3) years commercial lease and tenant/landlord experience
• Experience working with legal documents with ability to understand abstract lease provisions
• Excellent communication skills; strong proofreading skills; able to develop and building relationships with internal and external partners / team members

Salary Range: $58,910 - $82,472*/year

*This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
