Remote Business Development Specialist Canada

Bradken Ltd.

Drive growth in the Canadian mining sector with Bradken as a Business Development Specialist. Leverage your skills in building relationships and uncovering new business opportunities while working remotely. As a key player in our team, this remote role involves about 50-60% travel to mining operations across Canada. You will develop long-term relationships with existing partners and identify new business opportunities in Fixed Plant Solutions and Wear Solutions. Your expertise will support reliable operations and ensure customer success in a global organization known for over 100 years in mining solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage customer relationships in mining industry
Travel extensively to client sites for business development
Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams
Identify customer challenges and deliver impactful solutions
Support sales efforts for mill liners and wear solutions

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
Experience in technical sales within mining
Established network in the mining or heavy industry
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel and work independently
