Hybrid Commercial Operations Coordinator Position

Ricola Canada is looking for a part-time Commercial Operations Coordinator in Toronto (hybrid) to manage commercial and operational tasks. You will work alongside cross-functional teams while honing your skills in administration and data management, all while contributing to key business operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Support general administration and invoice routing
- Create sales and consumption reports for key clients
- Oversee promotional initiatives and broker communication
- Use AI tools for crafting monthly newsletters
- Support environmental stewardship initiatives across provinces
- Previous experience in business or operations fields
- Keen attention to detail with a focus on priorities
- Proficient in Excel and data reporting techniques
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, Copilot preferred
- Strong communication skills with an interest in FMCG
