Bilingual Customer Support Representative

You will manage customer interactions, helping with billing and general inquiries, while ensuring records are meticulously maintained. Achieving performance goals is key, and your contributions will enhance overall client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in both languages
- Assist with customer billing and account adjustments
- Accurately record customer interactions and issues
- Forward complex problems to the relevant department
- Strive to meet daily and monthly performance goals
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Bilingual fluency in English and French is a must
- GED or high school diploma required
- Proficient interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in bilingual customer support is preferred
