Shape unforgettable fan interactions at the Toronto Blue Jays as the Manager of Promotions & Experience. This role focuses on crafting high-quality promotional events at Rogers Centre for an enhanced game day atmosphere. In this full-time position with the Fan Experience Department, you will oversee the end-to-end management of promotional programs and theme days. Your leadership will coordinate resources, manage vendor relationships, and enhance the in-stadium experience for fans of all ages, ensuring that each event aligns with the Blue Jays' brand. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee execution of all game day promotions
- Manage logistics and event coordination
- Evaluate guest experience across the ballpark
- Collaborate on live entertainment programming
- Drive fundraising event planning for Jays Care Foundation
- University degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in event management
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Passion for baseball and engaging fan experiences
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
