Our client, a key player in the insurance sector, is actively seeking a positive and proactive Customer Service Agent to join their trusted team. In this crucial role, you will be at the heart of customer relations, delivering an exceptional experience and actively contributing to smooth, seamless operations.

Your Day-to-Day:
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to clients.
- Answering inquiries with clarity, empathy, and care.
- Collaborating with the internal team to ensure prompt and flawless follow-up on files.

Location: Laval
Position Type: 6-month contract (with strong potential for extension and permanency)
Schedule: Flexible day shift, Monday to Friday 35 hours/week (your choice of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Salary: $22 to $26 / hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
Handle approximately 180 calls per day.
Identify customer needs and transfer them to the appropriate department.

Effectively use digital tools (Outlook, Teams, virtual phone systems).
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in standard office software.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required to serve clients outside of Quebec.
Experience in a call center environment is an asset, but training will be provided.
