As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Waterproofing Site Superintendent to join our team and oversee the successful execution of waterproofing projects. This role is ideal for an experienced leader in the waterproofing industry who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor project progress in collaboration with fellow Site Supervisors and field staff; identify and address inefficiencies
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Review project drawings, specifications, and scope with site teams
- Coordinate effectively with clients and General Contractors
- Oversee material ordering, delivery, and site organization
- Maintain accurate weekly timesheet records
- Coordinate equipment logistics and site deliveries
- Support day-to-day operational requirements across multiple job sites
- Provide on-site mentorship, guidance, and training to crew members to support skill development and maintain high standards of workmanship and safety
What You Bring to the Team
- Effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Strong judgment and integrity in decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solving and risk mitigation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Working knowledge of construction and roofing materials
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in construction
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- DCS/DEC or equivalent post-secondary education is preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Hours of Work: M-F, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. + Occasional weekend work based on operational needs
- Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 (based on experience)
- Reports To: Production Manager - Waterproofing & Restoration
- Pay Schedule: Paid bi-weekly, every second Friday
