About Eco Paving:
We specialize in resurfacing both residential and commercial driveways, patios, pool decks, playgrounds, and splash pads. Our product is made of recycled rubber and we install projects throughout British Columbia.

Responsibilities and Duties
Description of Duties:
- Provide direction and guidance to the crew to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients
- Organizing and preparing various tools and equipment for projects
- Maintain staff morale by providing a positive example of leadership and teamwork
- Lead, motivate and develop junior paving staff
Onsite Responsibilities:
- Finishing and installing rubber products
- Operating company vehicles and machinery
- Manage the efficient flow of work and personnel throughout the work site
- Ensure that all crew members comply with company policies, processes and legal standards
- Maintain safe, secure and healthy work environments
