Experienced Sales Manager - Solar Industry

Join a dynamic renewable energy company as an Experienced Sales Manager focusing on the Solar PV sector in Canada. Drive growth by managing strategic relationships and enhancing market footprint. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead sales initiatives across Canada, particularly in providing PV mounting solutions for diverse roofing applications. You'll engage deeply with various stakeholders, from installers to distributors, while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value. Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales performance goals across Canadian market
- Develop strong partnerships with EPCs and distributors
- Identify and foster new strategic accounts
- Promote PV solutions on pitched and flat-roof applications
- Conduct technical training and presentations for clients
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related discipline
- 3+ years of relevant sales experience in the solar sector
- Familiarity with solar PV mounting systems preferred
- Strong existing relationships in the Canadian solar market
- Effective sales pipeline management and reporting
