As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Water & Sewer Foreman to join our team.
STP Excavation is seeking an experienced Water & Sewer Foreman to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated leader with extensive experience in underground infrastructure construction who can effectively supervise crews while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate watermain, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer installation projects.
- Lead field crews and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and grade information.
- Coordinate daily activities with project management, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements and company policies.
- Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards throughout construction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in water and sewer construction, including experience in a foreman or leadership role.
- Proven experience with underground utility installation.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety procedures, and municipal specifications.
- Ability to lead crews and maintain productive job sites.
- Road construction experience is considered a strong asset.
- Valid driver’s license required.
