Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid)
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000

Role Summary

We are seeking a Pharmacy Systems Implementation Specialist – Kroll Deployment to support Pharmaprix pharmacy teams across Quebec during their transition to the Kroll pharmacy management system .

In this role, you will be responsible for providing hands-on implementation support, training, and validation activities to ensure each pharmacy location is fully prepared and operational on the new system. You will work closely with pharmacy teams, operations leaders, technical support teams, and corporate stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful system launches.

This position requires strong pharmacy operations knowledge, excellent training skills, and the ability to support multiple store implementations in a fast-paced rollout environment.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Deployment Support

• Provide on-site and remote support to pharmacy teams during the transition to the Kroll pharmacy management system.
• Support Pharmaprix locations with system conversion preparation and go-live readiness activities.
• Validate that operational and technical requirements are completed before launching the Kroll system in stores.
• Ensure pharmacies are fully functional and confident using the new system at go-live.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving operational challenges during implementation.

Training & Change Management

• Train pharmacy staff on new workflows, system processes, and Kroll functionality.
• Support pharmacy teams in adopting new processes and improving system usage.
• Identify opportunities to enhance system adoption and operational efficiency.
• Provide guidance and coaching to pharmacy teams throughout the transition.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with pharmacy support teams, IT teams, operations leaders, and corporate stakeholders.
• Communicate implementation progress, challenges, and updates.
• Document and report technical issues, operational concerns, and deployment activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives during rollout activities.

Travel & Store Support

• Travel frequently across Quebec to support pharmacy implementations (approximately 80% travel).
• Provide flexible support during store conversion timelines, including evenings, weekends, and variable schedules when required.
• Work independently while managing multiple implementation activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience working in a retail pharmacy environment, preferably within Pharmaprix or Shoppers Drug Mart locations .
• Experience with pharmacy management systems.
• Strong knowledge of Kroll pharmacy management system is highly preferred.
• Experience with AssystRx is considered a strong asset.
• Proven experience supporting system implementations, rollouts, or technology transitions.
• Strong ability to train and support pharmacy teams during system changes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to document processes, issues, and implementation activities effectively.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced rollout environment.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Quebec (approximately 80%).
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and variable schedules based on deployment timelines.
