- QESH Manager *
- Lead strategic direction for Quality & EHS teams.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, NADCAP, AS9100, AS13100 and corporate QESH standards.
- Strengthen safety culture and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee laboratory and analytical testing operations.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, HR & Engineering.
- Manage budget for staff, lab upgrades, and compliance initiatives.
- Represent the site with regulators, contractors & global Oerlikon partners.
- Post-secondary degree; professional designations an asset.
- 15+ years in manufacturing 10+ years in leadership roles.
- Experience leading HSE programs, Quality systems and Analytical labs.
- Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboraiton skills.
- SAP and MS Office proficiency.
