Dans le rôle de Directeur de la Réconciliation Économique chez BDC, vous aurez l'opportunité de mener des initiatives de réconciliation atour des relations autochtones. Le modèle de travail hybride vous permettra d'équilibrer votre vie professionnelle et personnelle. Ce poste stratégique consiste à intégrer les perspectives des communautés autochtones au sein des opérations de BDC, tout en propulsant la responsabilité organisationnelle. L'expérience antérieure dans des rôles similaires et une solide compréhension des enjeux autochtones sont des atouts majeurs pour ce rôle. Key Responsibilities:
- Développer une compréhension des besoins des communautés autochtones
- Oversight des pratiques de réconciliation au niveau organisationnel
- Consultants avec les leaders sur les perspectives autochtones
- Élaborer des plans d’action mesurables pour la réconciliation
- Assurer le suivi des progrès et des résultats
- Expérience dans les relations autochtones et la réconciliation
- Diplôme dans un domaine applicable ou expérience équivalente
- Capacité à naviguer dans des contextes complexes
- Excellentes compétences en communication interpersonnelle
- Engagement envers l'inclusivité et la diversité
