Au sein de l’équipe d’intelligence d’affaires et opérations des ventes, ce poste joue un rôle essentiel dans la performance de l’entreprise en transformant les données en informations exploitables. Vous développerez des modèles de prévision, analyserez les tendances de performance et fournirez des analyses claires et prêtes à soutenir la prise de décision stratégique à tous les niveaux de l’organisation. Le poste implique une collaboration étroite avec des parties prenantes interfonctionnelles — notamment les équipes Finance, Ventes et la Direction — afin d’assurer une prise de décision basée sur les données. La réussite dans ce rôle nécessite une forte capacité analytique, une approche structurée de résolution de problèmes et la capacité de traduire des données complexes en récits clairs et convaincants.
Plus précisément, vous :
Gestion des parties prenantes (10%
- Aidez à préparer et présenter des concepts de projets, leur développement et leurs résultats à différents niveaux de l’organisation.
Stratégie d’entreprise (50%)
- Utilisez les données historiques pour construire, maintenir et affiner les modèles de prévision des ventes, comprendre la saisonnalité, identifier les anomalies et les facteurs de variance.
- Créez des tableaux de bord fournissant des informations exploitables sur la performance à l’aide de plateformes comme Power BI ou Looker.
- Utilisez des analyses statistiques pour identifier les risques et opportunités liés aux revenus, ainsi que l’impact des initiatives.
- Traduisez les données en histoires claires et convaincantes, puis présentez-les aux équipes et à la direction.
Technologie & Gouvernance des données (40%)
- Apprenez et testez continuellement de nouvelles technologies et outils.
- Documentez et définissez les processus et les termes utilisés.
- Exploitez les capacités des plateformes et l’automatisation pour réduire les efforts manuels.
- Testez et validez les données.
Conditions physiques / Environnement de travail
- Environnement hybride
Ce dont vous avez besoin
- Baccalauréat en informatique, science des données, génie informatique, administration des affaires ou expérience équivalente.
- Programmation en SQL et/ou Python.
- 4+ années d’expérience en extraction avancée de données SQL, en outils de visualisation comme Power BI/Looker ou autres outils d’analyse.
- Expérience en finance, analyse d’affaires ou statistiques.
- Expérience avec Salesforce (un atout)
