The branch is not yet operational, so the candidate will be required to travel to another Avril location to complete their training. 

Your contribution will be significant in:

• Supervising the service team and ensuring adherence to procedures (customer service, speed of execution, compliance with health and safety regulations, and code of conduct)

• Coordinating the scheduling of weekly shifts and leave requests

• Participating in the hiring process (interviews, onboarding, and training)

• Managing posters in collaboration with the marketing team

• Ensuring the cleanliness of the department

• Monitoring expiration dates and the freshness of food

• Ordering service containers and maintaining adequate inventory levels

• Working collaboratively with the Head Chef and the Food Specialist

Your background of experience and knowledge: 

• Comfort with a computerized environment

• Three (3) years of experience in a similar position

• Knowledge of natural and organic food will be considered an asset

• Bilingualism will be considered an asset
