What Your Day-to- Day looks like:

• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations (via Zoom or phone)
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients regarding our products
• Assist customers and clients in transaction processing, and account information updates as required
• Proactively follow up on leads and opportunities generated to increase sales
• Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure long-term client satisfaction

Who We’re Looking For?

• Must be target-oriented, self-starter, and aggressive enough to achieve the defined targets.
• Negotiating, retention skills with top-tier communication skills to promote policies
• Prepared to actively work as part of a team. Maintains a positive attitude when meeting challenges.
• Authorized to work in the US
• Proficiency in Zoom and other team/office-related software.
