Base Salary range:

$67,040 - $96,192 CAD for this position. Annual variable compensation tied to the completion of goals has a target that is 3 - 8% of the base salary. Employees are also eligible to earn profit sharing.

Candidates not meeting the core criteria for the Accounts Receivable Lead position may be considered for other positions with modified compensation. The range posted includes all geographic locations to ensure the available base pay range is shared. If a candidate is moving forward in the hiring process past the first interview, we can share the band specific to their geographic location.

What You Bring To The Team:

• Experience : 4+ years in accounts receivable.

• Skills : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of Syspro ERP or similar software is an advantage.

• Mindset : Self-motivated, organized, and excited about recommending process improvements. Comfortable corresponding with clients and other internal and external parties.

• Education: Relevant educational qualifications or accounting certificate.
