Introduction
Snowline Gold Corp is a Yukon-based mineral exploration & development company focused on advancing our flagship Valley Gold Project and advancing early-stage gold projects in the east-central Yukon, approximately 200km north of Ross River. We are building a leading company fit for the future while aiming to set new standards in social and environmental responsibility.
Details
We are seeking two (2) reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team in a remote camp environment. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work, are comfortable using basic tools, and have experience with general maintenance activities. Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, construction, or other related trades is considered an asset.
Location: currently residing in any local Yukon community
Schedule: 6-8 week term; 4 weeks in and 2 weeks out
Key Requirements
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work in a remote camp setting
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Dependable, adaptable, and willing to assist in a variety of tasks
- Experience with general maintenance, construction, or remote camp work would be considered an asset
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required
- Applications from local community members (Ross River, Mayo, and other Yukon communities) are strongly encouraged
Experience & Key Skills
- Assist with camp shutdown and seasonal maintenance activities
- Winterize camp facilities and infrastructure
- Dismantle, organize, and store equipment and materials
- Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks
- Support skilled tradespeople with various projects
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Carry out additional duties as required to support camp operations
Compensation
Commensurate with experience.
