Account Director for Major Clients

Deltatre S.p.A.

Lead high-profile client accounts as an Account Director at Deltatre in North America. Drive commercial success through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells while delivering exceptional client experiences. In this role, you will manage two to three of Deltatre's largest client accounts, focusing on long-term partnerships in the sports and media sectors. Your key responsibilities include ensuring smooth delivery of services, leading account growth initiatives, and providing valuable insights to clients. This hands-on position reports directly to the VP of Account Management and encompasses both strategic and operational tasks. Key Responsibilities:

Own the commercial relationship for major client accounts
Serve as the main contact for daily client interactions
Lead regular client business reviews and on-site visits
Work closely with Product and Delivery teams on client needs
Drive account growth through upsell and renewal initiatives

Requirements:

6+ years in account management or client partnerships
Proven record in managing large accounts with growth results
Experience in technology-affiliated industries, particularly sports and media
Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
Ability to travel for client meetings regularly
