Tire & Lube Technician OK Tire
OK Tire is hiring a Tire & Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. This is a full-time, hands-on role in a fast-paced shop environment focused on tire services, oil changes, and basic vehicle maintenance. ResponsibilitiesTire installation, balancing, rotation, and repair
Oil changes and routine vehicle servicing
Basic inspections and maintenance checks
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Work as part of a productive team to support daily shop operations
Compensation & Benefits
Starting wage $18/hour minimum, higher depending on experience
Performance bonus program based on productivity, attendance, quality, and overall contribution
Retention bonuses: $500 after 6 months and $1,000 after 12 months
Paid training provided

Valid drivers license required
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive shop environment
Previous tire or automotive experience is an asset, but not required training provided for the right candidate
