Remote Sales Manager for B2B SaaS

Elevate your SaaS sales career with Referment as a fully remote Sales Manager. This role focuses on generating new business and selling sponsorship opportunities in the B2B space. As a Sales Manager, you will take control of the sales process, engaging with enterprise-level clients and crafting compelling sponsorship proposals. Your expertise in marketing software, CRM, and customer data will be essential as you establish strong connections and close deals, boosting your team’s success. Key Responsibilities:
- Own new-business sales from engagement to close
- Understand clients’ commercial goals and target demographics
- Develop sponsorship proposals and lead negotiations
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts
- Build a personal record of sales success with team growth potential
- Proven SaaS sales experience with medium to large enterprises
- Strong record of closing new business deals
- Excellent quota attainment and conversion rate history
- Experience with short sales cycles, ideally under six months
- Familiarity with structured qualification methodologies
