What You’ll Do

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, building trust and long-term relationships.
• Clearly explain maintenance and repair recommendations in a way that’s easy for customers to understand.
• Accurately create repair orders, coordinate with technicians, and ensure timely service completion.
• Communicate proactively with customers throughout their service visit.
• Recommend additional services and products based on customer needs and manufacturer guidelines.
• Contribute to department goals by achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.

What You Bring

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor (preferably in an automotive dealership).
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems, maintenance, and repair processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Proven ability to meet performance goals and confidently recommend additional services.
