What You’ll Do
- Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, building trust and long-term relationships.
- Clearly explain maintenance and repair recommendations in a way that’s easy for customers to understand.
- Accurately create repair orders, coordinate with technicians, and ensure timely service completion.
- Communicate proactively with customers throughout their service visit.
- Recommend additional services and products based on customer needs and manufacturer guidelines.
- Contribute to department goals by achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.
What You Bring
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor (preferably in an automotive dealership).
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems, maintenance, and repair processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Proven ability to meet performance goals and confidently recommend additional services.
