We’re looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team and help deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner
- Guide clients through the vehicle purchase process from start to finish
- Understand and match customers with the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to build long-term relationships
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals in a commission-based environment
- Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous sales experience (automotive sales is an asset, but not required)
- Comfortable with a commission-based pay structure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you're a true people person
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
