Aperçu du poste
Le magasinier est responsable de la réception, du déballage et de la préparation de la marchandise pour la surface de vente. Il est également responsable de l'organisation, de l'entretien et de la propreté de la réserve.

Fonctions essentielles
Expérience client
- Première impression : Créez une première impression positive en respectant le code vestimentaire.
- Normes du magasin: Créer un environnement étincelant de propreté et organisé en maintenant les normes du magasin et la propreté tant dans la réserve que sur la surface de vente.
Contrôle des stocks
- Gestion des expéditions: Informer la direction de toute anomalie dans les expéditions et de toute démarque manquée dans la réserve.
- Manipulation des marchandises: Placement des capteurs, vaporisation de la marchandise, pliage et suspension de la marchandise selon les besoins.
- Organisation des stocks: Apporter de nouvelles marchandises et réapprovisionner le magasin avec le stock de la réserve.
- Opérations: Exécuter les transferts, les retours au fournisseur, gérer les dommages et s'occuper des envois de ventes à crédit à livrer.
- Entretien de la réserve: Veillez à ce qu’elle soit bien rangée et propre et que les produits soient toujours prêts pour la vente.
Coopération et fiabilité
- Accomplissement des tâches: Accomplir de manière satisfaisante toutes les tâches assignées par la direction.
- Ponctualité: Être ponctuel et respecter les horaires de travail prévus.
- Travail d'équipe: Faire preuve de souplesse et travailler en bonne intelligence avec ses pairs et la direction pour accomplir ses tâches.
- Respect des politiques: Respecter à 100 % les politiques et procédures de GUESS.
- Entretien ménager: Effectuer activement des tâches d'entretien ménager et de maintenance.
Responsabilités diverses
- Réunions et fonctions: Participer et assister à toutes les réunions du magasin et autres fonctions connexes.
- Attitude positive: Adopter une attitude positive à l'égard des produits et de l'entreprise.
- Participation à l'inventaire: Participer à tous les inventaires.
- Tâches supplémentaires: Accepter et accomplir d'autres tâches assignées par la direction du magasin.
- Exigences physiques: Capacité à soulever des charges lourdes de plus de 30 livres et à rester debout pendant au moins huit heures au cours des quarts de travail prévus.
Exigences du poste
- Formation: Diplôme d'études secondaires ou l’équivalent.
- Expérience: Une expérience préalable dans la vente au détail ou la gestion des stocks est préférable.
- Esprit d'équipe: Capacité à travailler dans un environnement orienté vers le travail d'équipe.
- Horaire flexible: Capacité à travailler selon un horaire flexible, y compris le soir, les fins de semaine et les jours fériés.
- Résistance physique: Capacité à marcher, à tendre les mains et les bras, à se baisser, à s'agenouiller, à s'accroupir et à se tenir en équilibre de manière fréquente.
