The Compliance & Assurance Services Analytics Analyst contributes innovative ideas for streamlining processes following Randstad Lean principles and work with the Compliance &Assurance Services team management to implement ideas and will act as liaison between C&AS and the business and development groups and be a functional driver for development requests including projects, enhancements, upgrades, etc. The Compliance & Assurance Services Analytics Analyst will need to consider current and future department initiatives, leverage technology development and redesign business processes to improve how C&AS does business.

• Assist with management of medium to large scale projects and assist with smaller initiatives. This includes generating project set up to include, defining scope, generating project plan, script development, and ensuring deliverables on schedule
• Act as functional subject matter expert: provide system analysis of department, business and user needs; assist with creating business cases; document requirements; design solutions; create functional specifications; create and execute test plan and test scripts; create and coordinate communications.
• Find solutions for data management and reporting problems and be able to adapt and modify solutions based on changing requirements
• Identify non-value added processes within the department and seek solutions (LEAN initiatives)
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending webinars, reviewing professional publications, and participating in internal training courses.

What you need to bring:

• 4 year/Bachelor’s degree preferably in a Business or Computer Science, analytics or related discipline
• Strong history of being the best at whatever you have done in the past
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced analytic and problem solving skills
• Prior experience working in a team-oriented and fast-paced organization
• Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job
• Possess a natural curiosity and relentless determination to make things happen - you like to WIN!
• Project management experience and delivery using structured methodology
• Experience in data analysis tools - Alteryx, PS Query, SQL, Google Scripts (loops, arrays, triggers), Tableau, Query Function, Excel, Big Data, etc.
• High level of experience in google sheet functions (ARRAYFORMULA, IMPORTRANGE, QUERY, REGEXTRACT, etc.)
• Hyperion and Business Intelligence software knowledge and experience highly desired
• Business analysis skills: business case development, business process design, application usability, and structured testing.  Strategic and tactical assessment skills.

Pay Rate: $ 55,000 - $ 79,000 Annually

The listed pay range includes base salary and, if the role is eligible, a reasonable estimate of expected variable commission pay potential. Note that commission varies based on performance, the successful and commission eligible candidate may earn amounts higher than this range.
