Tuesday/Wednesday 6:30pm – 10:00pm & Saturdays(3 out of 4) 8:30am – 1:30pm.********DISCLAIMER: The course will be delivered fully online.******TYPE OF CONTRACT:**CHARGE DE COURS (À LA LEÇON) (1-2.12) **COURSE:** 420-D06-AB **TITLE:** Intrusion Testing **HOURS:** 90**COMPUTER SCIENCE (420)*** Bachelor's or equivalent\\* degree in Computer Science* Bachelor's degree in a related field may be considered* Minimum of 3 years appropriate professional/industry experience* Several years related teaching experience at the post-secondary level preferred* Excellent English communication skills essential* Bilingualism (English/French) and ability to teach in French are preferred, as in the context of Bill 96 and the changes to the Charte de la langue française, if there is a need, the candidate must be willing and able to teach in French.**\\*EQUIVALENT ESTABLISHES A GENERAL COMPARISON BETWEEN TWO OFFICIAL EDUCATION SYSTEMS****THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR CYBERSECURITY: PREVENTION AND INTERVENTION*** Cybersecurity certification such as, but not limited to, CISSP, CCSP, CEH, GSEC, GISP, CompTIA Security+, OR, 3 years industry experience as a cybersecurity specialist. REQUIRED.* Networking/Cloud certification such as, but not limited to, CCNA, Cisco security certifications, or vendor-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP). PREFERRED.* Experience teaching at the post secondary level. PREFERRED.**Note: In accordance with art. 4-4.04 of the Collective Agreement, the Selection Committee may, exceptionally, recommend to the College that pertinent additional professional and/or industrial experience be considered in lieu of the stated minimum educational requirement. Candidates to be considered under this option must have completed at least the equivalent of a DEC or AEC.
