Lead technology transformation at The Salvation Army as Chief Technology and Information Officer. Drive innovation, cybersecurity, and digital strategy to impact community services across Canada and Bermuda. In this senior leadership role, the Chief Technology and Information Officer will provide strategic direction for all technology and information initiatives. You will oversee enterprise technology, cybersecurity, and digital capabilities to support The Salvation Army’s mission and operational needs. Collaborate with diverse teams, ensuring technology aligns with values and enhances community services. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop enterprise technology strategy to support mission goals
- Oversee cybersecurity, data privacy, and risk management practices
- Lead a high-performing technology leadership team with accountability
- Manage technology investments, vendor relationships, and financial stewardship
- Facilitate strong communication across operational leaders and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Significant leadership experience in a complex organization
- Proficient in enterprise technology strategy and modernization
- Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations
- Strong commitment to ethical leadership and community service
