Lead healthcare implementation projects at Fonemed using structured planning, stakeholder engagement, and digital health delivery expertise across client environments.This experienced Project Manager coordinates concurrent initiatives for public and private sector clients throughout Canada and the United States. You will connect executive, operational, clinical, technology, and vendor stakeholders. The work spans virtual care, telehealth, contact centre, and digital health environments.Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects from initiation through implementation and operational transitionDevelop charters, schedules, resource plans, risks, and status reportsManage scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and change requestsFacilitate governance meetings and executive stakeholder updatesCoordinate healthcare implementation, readiness, training, and communicationsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related disciplineRecent experience leading complex client-facing projectsHealthcare, virtual care, telehealth, or digital health experienceStrong communication, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skillsProficiency with project management and collaboration toolsApply project governance, risk management, and stakeholder leadership to deliver Fonemed's healthcare and digital health initiatives successfully.
