Digital Transformation Project Manager

You will develop business cases, oversee implementation, and redesign processes around measurable outcomes. Success depends on connecting business priorities with customer-facing solutions, data, and adoption.Key Responsibilities:
Bring the CX roadmap to life through high-impact initiativesImplement customer-facing technologies, automation, and artificial intelligenceRedesign processes to improve efficiency and customer experienceUse data and analytics to guide decisions and investmentsTrack adoption, experience, efficiency, and business indicatorsRequirements:
Eight to ten years in digital or business transformationStrong large-scale project management experienceKnowledge of project governance and portfolio methodologiesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to influence stakeholders across organizational levelsApply transformation leadership, technology implementation, and data-driven decision-making to deliver measurable customer experience improvements at Agropur.
