Dermapure Calgary is seeking a dynamic Laser Technician, a Medical assistant and a receptionist to join our team! Become part of the most prestigious network of clinics specializing in medical aesthetic care in Canada!

Under the supervision of the Clinic Director, these positions offer professional treatments and ensures a follow-up with our clientele.

Key Responsibilities as a Technician -

• Superior understanding of skin, skincare and laser rejuvenation technology
• Laser knowledge and experience, preferably in medical aesthetics
• Input cosmetic client's consultations, treatments & download photos into software database.
• Answer incoming calls, schedule client appointments, greet and direct clients through the treatment process
• Establish and maintain rapport with clients to ensure overall customer service satisfaction of clients
• Educate clients on additional services, all treatment processes including pre and post treatment care
• Administer treatments in accordance with renew policies and procedures
• Perform maintenance checks on lasers to ensure systems are operating appropriately
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms between each client.
• Performing services and treatments
• Maintain accurate client treatment records/ data in the client's medical & cosmetic chart.
• Ordering & receiving all medical supplies, skin care products

Qualifications -

• Medical Aesthetics Diploma or equivalent
• Relevant industry experience preferred
• Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications
• Passion and an interest in Medical Aesthetics
• Ability to complete detailed paperwork
• Exceptional teamwork skills.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor, at all-times
• Perform all duties as requested or assigned
• A self-starter with the ability to take charge when something needs to be done.
• Warm and welcoming beside manner.

Key responsabilities as a Medical assistant -

• Assisting our physicians in medical, cosmetic, invasive and non-invasive treatments
• Receive and follow-up with patient referrals received by fax or database
• Input cosmetic client's consultations, treatments and download photos in software database.
• Answer incoming calls, schedule client appointments, greet and direct clients through the treatment process
• Establish and maintain rapport with clients to ensure overall customer service satisfaction of clients
• Educate clients on additional services, all treatment processes including pre and post treatment care
• Administer treatments in accordance with Dermapure policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate client treatment records/data in the clients' medical and cosmetic charts

Key Responsabilities as a Receptionist-

• Greet customers when they arrive at the clinic and provide outstanding customer service.
• Create a file for each new customer and update existing customer files.
• Answer phone calls and reply to customer e-mails with a keen understanding of aeshetic procedures.
• Book customer appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
• Prepare customer files for next-day appointments.
• Implement the clinic's opening and closing procedures.
• Manage correspondence and postal mail.
• Establish the day's treatments in collaboration with the consultant.
• Manage the clinic's info e-mail inbox.
• Ensure that the reception area, boutique area and waiting area are properly maintained and stocked.
• Order office supplies and beverages.
• Close batches, balance daily reports and transfer receivables to accounting.
• Ensure availability of cash in the register and notify the person in charge.
• Prepare customer invoices and verify invoices daily.

Requirements -

• High school leaving diploma is mandatory, training in secretarial/office systems would be an asset
• At least two (2) years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the medical-aesthetics field.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated rigor, reliability and flexibility.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of CTRL and ACOMBA software (an asset).
