Job Responsibility:
We're looking for an Infrastructure Engineer zu is hiring a hands-on, tech-savvy Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. This intermediate-level role is perfect for someone who's passionate about automation, system optimization, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll work closely with our IT and development teams to support and improve the infrastructure that powers everything we dofrom deployments to device management and security.
As our Infrastructure Engineer, you'll take ownership of implementing and maintaining IT systems that are secure, scalable, and efficient. You'll help set up and manage tools that make life easier for our developers, automate repetitive tasks, troubleshoot technical issues, and support the ongoing evolution of our infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain infrastructure tools (e.g., MDM solutions, monitoring platforms, deployment pipelines)
- Automate routine IT processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
- Troubleshoot system and network issues, providing support to end users when needed
- Support provisioning and deployment workflows to ensure reliability
- Ensure IT systems align with cybersecurity and compliance requirements
- Document infrastructure processes and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or a related field
- Experience with infrastructure automation and deployment tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills across systems, networks, and devices
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Bonus: Experience with hosting environments, CI/CD pipelines, or scripting languages
