This position requires a focus on team leadership, operational strategy, and community relations. You will engage with various stakeholders to ensure a positive experience for residents and their families Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities
- Build a competent management team and support staff development
- Achieve occupancy and financial performance targets
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Engage with community partners to enhance outreach efforts
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Hotel Management
- Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience
- Demonstrated expertise in team and budget management
- Background in sales and marketing preferred
