Executive Assistant to Sales

Job Responsibility:

Northstar Ford Calgary is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Executive Assistant to support our Sales Department and ensure smooth daily operations. This role involves a mix of administrative duties, coordination tasks, and client interaction.

In this role you will be responsible for the support of the General Sales Manager and other members of the Sales Management Team. Duties include meeting minute-taking and distribution, scheduling appointments and drafting both internal and external correspondence.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent education/experience.
• 1 or more years of administrative experience, automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and professional with a strong work ethic.
